Orders are processed an shipped every business day. If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.

Standard shipping within Canada is FREE on all orders C$99 and over (excluding taxes).

Orders under $99 will cost 8 CAD to ship to Canada and 12 USD to ship to the United States. The average delivery time for orders within the US/Canada is 5-7 business days. 

Bisbi Hair & Skin will gladly offer store credit within 7 business days of your delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition and original packaging you received them in.

Human hair extensions, clip-ins, ponytails, closures and frontals are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, as a precaution, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened wefts, clip ins, ponytails, closures, frontals or texture samples.

We all make mistakes, however we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your items in accordance to our Return Policy, receive a store credit and repurchase the items in your desired texture and/or length with your store credit.

To get your Return Authorization number,  email us directly.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bisbihair.com purchase (excluding hair extensions), you may return it in new or gently used condition for a full refund of the purchase price including taxes.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a return. We only accept returns on products in like-new condition. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on sale items. Please contact us at info@bisbihair.com to begin the returns process. You remain responsible for your original shipping fees, if any, unless the return was a result of our error.

• We do not refund shipping costs, custom fees, taxes or duties.
• All purchases made during sales are final.

This means the hair extensions have:

✓ Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  or bleached.
✓ Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.
